What do you mean by “My Own Personal Couture Designer?”
Well that’s pretty much up to you.  I can create a one-of-kind design for that stroll down the red carpet or for that special occasion or simply a design for everyday wear.  We can work together on the design and go shopping for just the right fabric or you can choose an existing design that I will custom make to your child’s measurements.  I can even design an entire wardrobe for your child if you desire.

Do I have a choice of fabrics?
Yes!  I only choose the finest of fabrics and if you love fabrics as much as I do then let’s choose them together.  You can send me the fabric you want to use or I can send you pictures of swatches, mail the actual swatches, or we could go shopping together.

Can I help design the outfit?
Yes!  I love collaborating on the designs with my clients because their ideas truly express the child’s personality and their own style and fashion.  If you have older children then I think it is very important to work with them on the design to make sure they like it.

What if I cannot design?
That’s simple.  Each season I will design three to four different groups of couture clothing and you choose the ones you want and email me the measurements and I will make that design for you.

What if I do not like the design?
If that happens, I will work with you to get the design right.  Please know that before any payment is received and before I begin the sewing, the fabric and design must be approved by the client.

What is the cost?
There are three purchasing options you can choose from and each one includes the design, fabric, trim, cost of making, and shipping fees. Prices are based on purchase of one outfit.  Discounts will be applied to multiple design and wardrobe purchases.

Option 1 – $150  -  Choose an Existing Couture Design from the Current Collection and I will tailor it your child’s measurements.
Option 2 - $200  -  A New Couture Design that can be replicated for other clients.
Option 3 - $300 and up  -  A One-of-a-Kind Couture Design that cannot be replicated without your approval.

How do I place an order?

Payment?
Check, Credit Card, or PayPal.All orders must also be paid in full upon placing your order. Due to the great detail taken to make these items, if you wish to cancel a custom order, you will need to do so within 24 hours in which the order was placed. After this 24-hour grace period, we are unable to cancel the order and it is nonrefundable.

When will I receive my custom design?
Your couture outfit(s) will be custom made to order using only the finest quality fabrics with attention to every detail, so you can expect your outfit 12 – 15 business days from the day you order and measurements are received.  The outfits will be worth the wait! If you have an urgent request please include that in the email so we can discuss and I will make it happen for you.

Shipping Cost?
I want to make this easy for you.  There is NO charge for Standard UPS Ground.  However, if you just can’t wait to get your outfit, you can select a quicker shipping method and I will bill you the difference.

How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, I will send you an email that will include the tracking number.

What if I live outside the US?
You have the option of paying via paypal to email address: kimberly@kimberlyloveland.com. If I cannot verify billing or address details, I have the right to cancel your order. I cannot be responsible for duty charges or fees that may incur when the package is received in another country.
